The In Progress Answer Files REST API lives at /api/v1/client/inprogressanswerfiles/.
The Answer Files endpoint is to offer the client the ability to retrieve a list of their own in-progress saved answer files. Accessing an in-progress answer file by its unique id will also return the full XML answer file. By utilising this endpoint, client can also perform creating and deleting an in-progress answer file.
